Happy Birthday America!

We decided to not go to the lake house for the 4th of July this year which meant that we would be around for fun neighborhood activities. We spent two nights at neighbor parties, participated in the neighborhood parade and pool party and watched our local firework show. It was a lot of fun. The girls even won 1st place for their decorated "float" in the parade!

Cheer and Dance Camp

The big girls did Cheer Camp again this year. They had a lot of fun learning the cheers and the dance. Brooke will be old enough to go next year. She has already learned some of the cheers!

1, 2, 3 Strikes... You Are Safe!

Jesse took on the huge challenge of coaching a tee-ball team for Brynn and other 3-5 year olds! He did an awesome job with them and the kids all had a lot of fun!

Fishing With Daddy...

The girls were super excited to go fishing with daddy. It was cute to watch them attempt to bait their hooks and wait somewhat patiently for a fish. They only caught one that day, but it was still a lot of fun!

Little House on a Big Hill

The girls and I went to visit one of my dearest friends in Branson, Mo. We had a wonderful time and the girls had a super time playing with her sons and enjoying the tire swing and awesome yard full of bugs and toads!

Lots of Outside Time...

We are spending most of our summer days playing outside. Sometimes we go to the swimming pool, but many days we just hang out here. We are enjoying sidewalk chalk, water toys and lots of popsicles!
