Kind of Quick Christmas Recap.

Since this is Easter weekend, I won't take a lot of time catching you up on Christmas!

Brynn's preschool did a wonderful Christmas performance. She was adorable as a sheep!

Maybe a little sleepy...

Love her! (she is wearing a Chocolate Soup dress that was mine when I was that age.)

We took the girls to see Santa Clause.

Brooke was a BIG fan!

Brynn was a bit anxious about the whole thing, but she did eventually tell him what she wanted. It was very sweet to watch.

Ainsley loved it!

Church and Advent with Mimi and Alan:

Decorating...

Jesse has started a tradition... letting each girl have a turn putting the star on the top of the tree. I'm glad it is him doing it!

I have no idea...

Our Annual Search for the Perfect Christmas Tree...

Each year we go on a hunt for the most perfect tree... not too fat, not too skinny. Not too tall, but certainly not too short.
It was quite cold this year! And there were a lot of trees to choose from!

Brooke's favorite tree:

Mommy's favorite tree:

It may have been cold, but the girls were all great sports and had a lot of fun!

With cousin Tori. The girls LOVE her! She was visiting from Tennessee.

Dance Classes

Here are some pictures from the girls' dance classes. They are all in combo classes which means that they do ballet, tap and tumbling. Brooke seems to like the tap shoes and the tumbling the best. I think that ballet is just too slow and boring for her! They have a recital in the spring that they seem to be excited about. They started learning the dances in November and after watching the teacher with them, I see why they start so early! Some of the girls (including mine) have minds of their own.
